What if she doesn’t take to it?
Before she starts: ask any time until 30 days after she opens her gift, and we refund you in full.
After her first conversation with Anna: if it isn’t for her, tell us within 7 days and we refund you in full, no questions asked. Either way, you have at least 14 days from the day you bought it, and at most 4 months.
After that, there are no cash refunds, but she is never stuck. If she runs out of time or energy, she can finish early and we write a shorter book from everything she has told us so far. Or she can pause, and her story waits for her. Nothing is lost.
Once she approves her final proof and her book goes to print, it can’t be refunded, unless it is faulty or arrives damaged.
Paying in three? We refund what you’ve paid and cancel the rest. Refunds go back to the card that paid. A gift box that has already shipped is not refunded. Full terms
From the menu in her Studio, she or you can ask us to write the book from everything she has told so far. The book is shorter. Chapters with nothing told yet are left out; nothing is made up to fill them.
She is offered the chance to speak her letters first. Once you confirm, it can’t be undone.
Everything she said is saved. She picks up where she left off, whenever she likes. Waiting never deletes anything.
If she pauses or finishes early, the remaining payments continue.

There’s no pressure. We invite her warmly and let her decide. If she’d rather not start, you can get a full refund until 30 days after she opens her gift (at the latest, 4 months after you bought it).
Yes. Any edition can be split into three payments, two weeks apart, with no interest and no fee.
You, the buyer. Email hello@sagaseal.com from the address you ordered with. She doesn’t have to confirm it, and she can’t ask in your place. The money goes back to the card that paid. If she had already begun, we email her the manuscript so far, so her words are not lost.
You give the invitation. She tells the story from her favorite chair, one question at a time. We write it, print it, and bind it.
