The refund, word for word

When you are covered, step by step.

  1. From the day you buy it

Before he starts: ask any time until 30 days after he opens his gift, and we refund you in full.

  2. His first conversation

After his first conversation with Anna: if it isn’t for him, tell us within 7 days and we refund you in full, no questions asked. Either way, you have at least 14 days from the day you bought it, and at most 4 months.

  3. Later on

After that, there are no cash refunds, but he is never stuck. If he runs out of time or energy, he can finish early and we write a shorter book from everything he has told us so far. Or he can pause, and his story waits for him. Nothing is lost.

  4. His final proof

Once he approves his final proof and his book goes to print, it can’t be refunded, unless it is faulty or arrives damaged.

Paying in three? We refund what you’ve paid and cancel the rest. Refunds go back to the card that paid. A gift box that has already shipped is not refunded. Full terms

Never stuck

If he stops partway.

Finish early.

From the menu in his Studio, he or you can ask us to write the book from everything he has told so far. The book is shorter. Chapters with nothing told yet are left out; nothing is made up to fill them.

He is offered the chance to speak his letters first. Once you confirm, it can’t be undone.

Or let his story wait.

Everything he said is saved. He picks up where he left off, whenever he likes. Waiting never deletes anything.

If he pauses or finishes early, the remaining payments continue.

Questions

Before you decide.

Something else on your mind? A person reads every email: hello@sagaseal.com

What if he won’t do it?

There’s no pressure. We invite him warmly and let him decide. If he’d rather not start, you can get a full refund until 30 days after he opens his gift (at the latest, 4 months after you bought it).

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Any edition can be split into three payments, two weeks apart, with no interest and no fee.

Who can ask for the refund?

You, the buyer. Email hello@sagaseal.com from the address you ordered with. He doesn’t have to confirm it, and he can’t ask in your place. The money goes back to the card that paid. If he had already begun, we email him the manuscript so far, so his words are not lost.

The story is already there

He won’t write it. He’ll tell it.

You give the invitation. He tells the story from his favorite chair, one question at a time. We write it, print it, and bind it.
